Description TIYA
TIYA Zucchini — an early-maturing hybrid that begins bearing fruit 40-46 days after seedlings emerge. The plant is compact and bushy, which facilitates care and allows for efficient space utilization during cultivation. This variety is valued for its high yield and long fruiting period, as well as its ability to set fruit even at low temperatures, expanding its cultivation possibilities under various climatic conditions.

TIYA zucchini fruits have an elongated-cylindrical shape and a golden-yellow color with a dense, smooth skin. One fruit weighs between 1 to 1.5 kg. The flesh is thick, tender, with a distinct sweet and juicy taste. Thanks to the dense skin, the fruits are well-suited for transportation and long storage, while the golden color is maintained even during canning, making this variety versatile for various uses.

To obtain an early harvest, it is recommended to grow seedlings by sowing seeds in pots at the end of April and then transplanting the seedlings under plastic film in mid-May. Sowing in open ground is done in early May at a depth of 3-6 cm, depending on soil density. Plants are watered with warm water every 2-3 days in the morning, and during the fruiting period, 1-3 leaves from the center of the bush are removed to improve ventilation. Young fruits are harvested twice a week, which helps maintain high quality and extend the fruiting period.
