Description MAILLOT
The MAILLOT F1 melon is a medium-early hybrid of the Canary Yellow type with a vegetation period of 70-80 days. The plant is vigorous with a strong leaf canopy, providing excellent coverage and promoting abundant flowering and good fruit set. The hybrid is resistant to powdery mildew and possesses high resistance to various pathogen strains, making it a reliable choice for open-ground cultivation, including late plantings.

MAILLOT fruits are elongated-elliptical or oval, weighing 1.5–1.8 kg. They feature a yellow color with white, dense, crisp flesh that has high sugar content (13–15% on the Brix scale) and a pleasant aroma. The seed cavity is small, enhancing consumer appeal. The fruits do not crack and have slight wrinkling, minimizing damage during transport.

The MAILLOT hybrid exhibits excellent transportability and long storage life, ensuring high storability and successful harvest marketing. Its concentrated yield allows efficient use of planting area. The melon is suitable for both fresh consumption and storage, making it a versatile product for various purposes.
