Description PASKO
Jerusalem artichoke "PASKO" – an agronomic variety developed in 2010 for cultivation on agricultural plots. The variety is characterized by strong bushiness, a weakly branched stem, and large leaves of a wide oval shape with an acute tip. Tubers are oval, white, weighing 50–80 g, while the head is small and round.

"PASKO" is distinguished by high yield of both green mass and tubers: under optimal conditions of the central region, it reaches up to 400–900 c/ha of green mass and 250–480 c/ha of tubers. Plant height ranges from 90 to 150 cm, and the growing season is 178–190 days.

The variety is resistant to diseases and adapted to various climatic conditions, making it popular for both food products and industrial goods. Tubers are more uniform in size and compactly arranged in the nest, which facilitates their harvesting and processing.
