Description ALAZAR
Hard spring wheat ALAZAR® is an intensive grain wheat variety designed for cultivation in various climatic conditions, including arid regions. This medium-maturing variety features a short-stem plant form, 55 to 80 cm in height, and a growing period of 75-85 days. The ear of the variety is cylindrical, of medium density, and white in color, while the grain is semi-long, large, and also white. The mass of 1000 seeds is 43-45 grams, indicating the grain's large size.

ALAZAR® boasts high resistance to various diseases, including bunt, powdery mildew, and leaf spots, as well as resistance to lodging and drought. These qualities make the variety reliable and productive in complex agro-climatic conditions. The yield of the variety varies within the range of 45-60 centners per hectare, confirming its high productivity.

The variety features excellent technological characteristics: a high protein level (17-18.5%), good gluten quality, and high dough rheological properties. Thanks to these indicators, ALAZAR® wheat is widely used for flour production, high-quality bread, and pasta. These features make the variety in demand among both manufacturers and grain processors.
