Dachnitisa is an early-maturing variety of vigne, belonging to the Fabaceae family. The vine grows up to 3.5–4 m in height and has a robust growth. The leaves are dark green, large and wide, while the flowers are small clusters with a reddish-purple hue.
The asparagus beans are about 60 cm long and 1 cm wide, light green, juicy and fleshy. In the technical stage, they are not twisted, have no parchment layer and fiber, which makes them ideal for boiled, fried, and canned preparation. The variety is distinguished by its excellent taste and dietary properties.
The yield under film cover reaches 2.2–2.5 kg/m². Sowing is carried out in mid-May at a depth of 4-5 cm; seedlings can be planted in April, maintaining root integrity. The sowing scheme is 10 x 30–40 cm. The plant is unpretentious: it loves heat, responds well to mineral and organic fertilizers, prefers sunny locations and vertical support.
Bean harvesting begins 8-10 days after the formation of ovaries; frequent collection of young pods stimulates the growth of new ones. The pads can be used to make tea, beneficial for diabetes, liver, kidney and heart diseases.
