LYANCHIHE

Lyanchihe is a variety of vegetable vigne belonging to the legume family. The plant is characterized by a compact bush shape, a climbing growth up to 3.8 m, and thin pods up to 65 cm long. At technical maturity (55–60 days after germination), the beans are green, straight, about 1.1 cm wide, and contain no parchment layer or fibers, making them ideal for cooking, canning, and freezing. The mass of 100 beans ranges from 4300 to 5500 g, while the mass of 1000 seeds is about 210–215 g.

The Lyanchihe variety is distinguished by its disease resistance and low requirements for soil fertility. It grows well both in open ground and in greenhouses, including in cool regions due to the possibility of growing from seedlings or in a greenhouse. Thanks to the compact bush shape and uniform maturation of beans and seeds, this variety ensures a stable yield – up to 2.1 kg/m² when using film coverings.

In culinary use, Lyanchihe beans are valued for their delicate taste and texture. They can be used in soups, salads, side dishes, or as a standalone dish. For canning and freezing, they retain shape and aroma due to the absence of extra fiber. The variety is suitable for those looking for a reliable and universal vegetable crop with high yield and ease of care.
