Description KAIRA
Vegetable pea variety KAIRA is a mid-early, uniform-maturing variety with pods about 10 cm long containing 8-10 grains. The pods have a curved, pointed shape and differ in reduced starch content, giving the peas excellent taste qualities both fresh and after canning or freezing. The variety yield varies from 4 to 8 tons per hectare, and the plant has high tolerance to soil waterlogging, which contributes to a stable yield under various growing conditions.

KAIRA belongs to early-maturing varieties with a maturation period of about 45-55 days. Bushes reach a height of 50-70 cm and have dark purple leaves with rare large serrations, giving the plant a decorative appearance. Leaves are rich in essential oils and have a distinct clove-pepper aroma, making the variety unique and attractive for growing in film greenhouses, open ground, and even on window sills.

The KAIRA variety is highly adaptable to various agrotechnical conditions, easily withstands temperature fluctuations, and can be grown without additional irrigation. Thanks to its well-developed root system, the plant effectively absorbs microelements from the soil, which positively affects the quality and taste of the pods. Peas are suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for processing, canning, and freezing, while maintaining their taste and nutritional properties for a long time.
