Dill of the URAGAN variety is an early-maturing and high-yielding plant intended for growing greens and spices. The period from full emergence to green harvesting is 33-45 days, while for obtaining spices it is 75-85 days. Plants form lush basal rosettes up to 40 cm high with large, tender, and juicy leaves 15-20 cm long, possessing high market value and a strong aroma due to the content of essential oils in all above-ground parts.
The variety is characterized by high productivity: greens yield reaches 3.2-3.4 kg/m², and for spices - 4.0-4.3 kg/m². The mass of one plant when harvested for greens ranges from 30 to 45 g. URAGAN is characterized by a long period of marketable fitness and is suitable for consumption fresh, as well as for freezing and canning, making it a universal choice for various methods of use.
To obtain greens throughout the season, it is recommended to sow seeds several times with an interval of 10-20 days. Sowing is carried out in open ground to a depth of 1-1.5 cm. For an earlier harvest, autumn sowing is possible in late October - early November. Dill bushes are sprawling and branched, which contributes to high productivity of green mass and ease of harvest collection.
