Turnip Disko

DISCO – an early-maturing turnip that is ready for harvest just 55 days after sowing. The root has a flat-round shape and a bright yellow skin; inside, it features a tender juicy flesh with a pleasant taste. The leaves are of medium length, green, and slightly curved, giving the plant a neat appearance.

This turnip is easy to grow in a garden or vegetable patch: it sprouts quickly and does not require special conditions. The yield ranges from 3.7 to 4.4 kg per square meter, making it an excellent choice for those who want a good harvest in a short time.

DISCO is perfect for eating fresh, as well as after baking or stewing. Thanks to its soft flesh, it quickly absorbs cooking aromas, and its light sweetness makes the dish especially appetizing.
