Tulip Happy Family

Aesthetics and Reliability of the Triumph Class

The 'Nappy Famil' tulip is a prominent member of the Triumph group, which has maintained its leadership in commercial floriculture for decades. Developed by breeders to perfectly balance visual appeal with durability, this variety has become a benchmark for both spring sales and landscaping.

Agrotechnical Profile and Plant Health

The core strength of 'Nappy Famil' lies in its genetically inherent resistance to common phytopathogens. Unlike many delicate varieties, this model demonstrates robust immunity to a complex of diseases, significantly reducing the need for intensive fungicide treatment:

• Verticillium wilt
• Sclerotinia
• Downy mildew (Peronospora)
• Phomopsis and Phoma

This resilience makes it a predictable choice for both professional greenhouse operations and open-field cultivation. The mid-height stems possess excellent rigidity, preventing lodging during windy conditions.

Market Positioning

As a mid-season flowering variety, this tulip occupies the strategic gap between early botanical species and late double-flowered forms. Its soft pink petal hue offers high retail conversion rates: it is highly sought after for both monochrome bouquets and as an accent element in mixed floral arrangements. The stability of its goblet shape and long vase life have earned 'Nappy Famil' a reputation as a reliable asset for flower growers focused on the spring season.
