Tulip Geyanka

Professional choice: Why 'Geanka' fits high-yield operations

In the competitive segment of 'Triumph' tulips, the 'Geanka' variety stands out due to its superior phytosanitary profile. For agricultural operations, the primary value lies in its proven resistance to downy mildew (Peronospora), Phomopsis, and Phoma. This resistance profile acts as a built-in insurance policy, significantly reducing the dependency on intensive fungicide programs and lowering labor costs associated with disease management.

Operational scenarios for commercial use

• Forced flower production: The medium height and robust stalk structure ensure that stems remain upright, facilitating efficient harvesting and packing processes. It is a predictable variety that responds well to standard greenhouse climate protocols.
• Landscaping and floral design: The striking red and lilac coloration provides excellent aesthetic value, making it highly sought after for seasonal floral arrangements and urban planting.
• Reliability in field conditions: Due to its health profile, 'Geanka' maintains consistent biomass production even in unpredictable spring weather, ensuring a high percentage of marketable blooms.

By integrating 'Geanka' into your crop rotation, you choose a variety that balances decorative appeal with structural integrity. It is an ideal asset for growers looking to maximize output while maintaining a rigorous standard for plant health and shelf-life quality.
