Golubka

Dove – a large phlox with white, lush flower heads measuring 3.5–4 cm in diameter and a bush height of about 70–90 cm. The plant features thick, upright stems and winter hardiness, making it suitable for use in borders, mixed borders, and cottage gardens. Blooming begins at the end of June and lasts for almost a month, providing a long period of decorative effect.

Phlox 'Dove' prefers sunny or semi-shaded locations with diffused light. It grows well in loose, drained, non-acidic soils rich in humus and requires moderate watering, increasing as needed. The plant responds positively to mineral fertilizers, and its propagation is achieved through bush division and stem cuttings in spring.

The variety boasts good frost resistance: mature plants do not require winter covering. It also demonstrates average resistance to fungal diseases. Dove is frequently used in landscape design as part of mixed plantings with other sun-loving perennials, shrubs, and herbs, and, thanks to its longevity, remains an attractive element of bouquets throughout the entire season.
