Phlox Zorepad

Ukrainian Phlox for your garden

The Drummond phlox "Zorepad" is a result of the breeding work of the M.M. Gryshko National Botanical Garden of the NAS of Ukraine. Unlike imported varieties often adapted to greenhouse conditions, this variety demonstrates remarkable resistance to the weather variations of the Ukrainian climate. Its main strength is its reliability in open-field cultivation.

Why choose "Zorepad"

• Durability: developed within the local climate, this variety adapts better to temperature fluctuations than many international counterparts.
• Versatility: with its corymbose inflorescence and sturdy stems, the plant looks organic both as a part of a mixed border and in a vase after cutting.
• Aesthetics: the 2-3 cm flower diameter allows for creating dense, full compositions that hold their structure even after rain.

"Zorepad" requires full sun exposure; in the shade, it loses its decorative appeal and tends to stretch. It is an optimal choice for gardeners seeking a dependable annual to fill gaps in flower beds. With a flowering period of 45-60 days, it allows for easy design planning for late summer. If you appreciate local breeding for its lack of fuss and consistent results, this phlox will become a garden favorite.
