Tulip Corina's Choice

A Reliable Choice for Forcing

The Corinna's Choice tulip belongs to the Triumph class, making it a top contender for professional forcing. Unlike many other red varieties, this hybrid demonstrates exceptional resistance to temperature fluctuations and superior flower density. Its primary advantage is predictability: the variety remains stable even under varying light conditions, maintaining its classic cup shape.

Variety Highlights

• Flower Structure: Classic cup shape with tightly packed petals that resist opening even in warm indoor environments.
• Color Profile: A deep, saturated red with no streaking or color blemishes, highly sought after in the retail market.
• Resilience: Features a strong, medium-height stem that withstands transportation without snapping and maintains upright posture in bouquets.

For growers targeting spring holidays, Corinna's Choice is a dependable asset. It is forgiving of minor technical errors while consistently delivering premium-quality cut flowers. A potential drawback to consider is its sensitivity to excessive nitrogen fertilizer, which can cause excessive stem elongation; therefore, adhering to strict feeding protocols is essential for optimal results.
