Tulip Asahi

Cultivation Practice: The 'Asahi' Tulip

This Triumph variety is the choice for those who prioritize stability and predictable results. Under field conditions, 'Asahi' shows excellent growth dynamics without requiring complex agrotechnical procedures. Its average height eliminates the need for staking, significantly reducing labor costs during the vegetation period.

Disease Resistance

A key operational advantage is its high immunity to powdery mildew and downy mildew. In high-humidity conditions, where other varieties require unscheduled fungicide applications, 'Asahi' holds its ground. This allows you to reduce chemical usage, saving the budget and simplifying your plantation maintenance schedule.

Aesthetics and Marketability

The classic bicolor pattern (a combination of pure white and deep red) makes this tulip a highly marketable product. It blooms in the mid-season, which aligns perfectly with peak demand periods. The dense bud withstands transport well without losing shape during storage, which is critical for operators focused on fresh-cut flowers.
