Tulip AKADEMIK LISAVENKO

A Benchmark in Floral Breeding

The 'Akademik Lisavenko' tulip holds a distinct position in the professional flower market. Developed under the FANTsA brand, this cultivar integrates high adaptability to diverse climatic conditions with the aesthetic quality demanded by modern florists. The genetic lineage is anchored in international cooperation, with the originator identified as Av Du Capitaine N Tchorere 80270 Airaines, France, ensuring a robust foundation and resistance to common bulb diseases.

Aesthetic Qualities and Commercial Value

The standout feature of this variety is its perfectly engineered chalice (goblet) shape. Unlike many commercial hybrids focused solely on rapid forcing, the 'Akademik Lisavenko' provides superior petal density and a classic, vibrant yellow hue that retains its intensity throughout the vase life.

• Variety Type: Classic cultivar.
• Color: Intense, saturated yellow.
• Form: Perfectly shaped goblet with tightly wrapped petals.
• Primary Use: Commercial cut flower production for bouquets and arrangements.

Market demand for this tulip is driven by its reliability: the stem maintains excellent rigidity, and the bud opens at a steady, predictable pace. This makes it a preferred option for greenhouse operations aiming for high-quality seasonal yields. Given the pedigree established by FANTsA, this variety has proven to be a dependable choice for growers requiring consistent performance and aesthetic excellence in the professional cut flower trade.
