DYNAMO

DYNAMO is a variety of winter triticale (X Triticosecale Wittm. ex A. Camus) intended for grain use for both fodder and food purposes. The plant is characterized by medium height and an intermediate bush type. The earhead is white, of medium length and density, and fully awned. The grain is semi-long, yellow in color, with a mass of 1000 grains of 38.8 grams. The waxy coating on the sheath of the flag leaf is strongly expressed, which is one of the features of the variety. Flowering time is medium, which allows for effective use of the variety under various climatic conditions.

The DYNAMO variety is distinguished by high winter hardiness and resistance to a number of diseases, including stem rust and smut fungi. In addition, it is weakly affected by septoria, powdery mildew, and brown rust, which significantly reduces yield losses and improves its quality. The variety is also resistant to lodging and snow mold, which makes it a reliable choice for growing in regions with variable weather conditions.

The yield of the DYNAMO variety varies depending on growing conditions and agronomy. Average yield in the Central region is about 44.4 c/ha, while maximum figures reached 92.3 c/ha in the Ryazan region and 90.1 c/ha during trials. Common agronomy is applied for growing the variety, including the use of herbicides, which helps maintain high productivity and grain quality.
