Kommunar

Kommunar is a spring triticale variety registered in the State Register of Ukraine in 2015 and recommended for cultivation in the Steppe, Forest-Steppe, and Polesie regions. This variety is distinguished by high drought resistance and increased disease resistance, making it a reliable choice for various climatic conditions. The plants have a dense stem structure, height of about 100 cm, and spike length of approximately 13 cm, which contributes to good development and grain formation.

The vegetation period of the Kommunar variety is about 90 days, allowing effective planning of sowing and harvest operations. The variety is characterized by high baking qualities: the content of first-group gluten reaches 22%, and the overall baking properties score 9 points. This indicates high-quality grain suitable for bread production.

The potential yield of the Kommunar variety reaches 8.5 tons per hectare, making it economically advantageous for agricultural production. High resistance to major diseases, including head diseases, rated at 9 points, ensures stable yields and reduces the need for intensive plant protection.
