UG Red F1 / Yuji Red F1

Tomato UG Red F1 is a determinate hybrid with a strong bush and abundant foliage, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and indoors. The plant forms a compact bush up to 45 cm tall, making it convenient for growing in pots, window boxes, and balconies. The fruits have a rich red color and plum shape, weighing between 15-20 g to 45-100 g depending on growing conditions. Tomatoes are juicy, sweet-tasting, and aromatic, suitable for fresh consumption and canning.

Sowing seeds is recommended in February-March to obtain seedlings, which are then transplanted into open ground in May at a temperature not lower than +15°C. For sowing, use loose soil, plant seeds at a depth of 1.5-2 cm, and cover with plastic or glass until germination at about 25°C. After emergence of 1-2 true leaves, perform thinning, and transplant seedlings into larger containers or their permanent location after 4-5 weeks. Optimal temperature for cultivation is 18°C at night and 24°C during the day.

For successful growth and fruiting, Tomato UG Red F1 requires regular watering and feeding with complex fertilizers containing nitrogen, potassium, and phosphorus, as well as organic components such as liquid cow manure and wood ash. Feeding begins when 4-5 true leaves appear and is repeated every 10 days. During flowering, shake the bushes to improve pollination and increase yield. Before transplanting into the soil, disinfect the soil and reduce its acidity, and choose a sunny location for the plant.
