ROCK-N-ROLL

The tomato ROCK-N-ROLL is an early-maturing, determinate hybrid of Moldovan breeding, ripening 100-105 days after germination. The plant is strong, well-leafed, reaching 90-110 cm in height, with the first flower forming above the 5th-7th leaf. The fruits are large, flat-round, weighing 130-200 grams, with uniform red coloration without green spots at the stem, giving them an attractive appearance and high transportability.

ROCK-N-ROLL is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses. Yield in plastic greenhouses reaches 15-20 kg per square meter, while in open ground — 75-110 tons per hectare. The plant is resistant to tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) and tolerant to diseases such as alternaria and septoria. This variety is heat-tolerant and well-adapted to high air and soil temperatures, ensuring stable and uniform fruit ripening.

For successful cultivation, use light, fertile soils and follow agronomic practices: sow seeds for seedlings at the end of March – beginning of April, transplant seedlings when they have 1-2 true leaves, provide regular feeding with complex mineral fertilizers, and harden off seedlings before planting. Seedlings are planted in open ground after the frost danger has passed or slightly earlier with plastic coverings, following a planting scheme of 70x30-40 cm. Plants are trained to a single stem and tied to a trellis, ensuring regular watering with warm water and 2-3 feedings during the vegetative period for maximum development and yield.
