Description Puska
Tomato Puska F1 is an early-maturing indeterminate cherry tomato hybrid, suitable for cultivation in protected ground, open ground, and under plastic cover. The time from germination to the start of fruit ripening is 85-90 days. The plant is vigorous with shortened internodes and dark green, small leaves. The first flower cluster forms above the 7th-8th leaf, and subsequent clusters appear every two leaves. The clusters can be simple, semi-compound, or compound, each bearing 20 to 30 round, bright red fruits weighing 10-15 grams. The fruits of tomato Puska are characterized by high density, uniformity, excellent transportability, and storability. They have a very sweet taste, making them ideal for fresh consumption and for garnishing dishes. Additionally, these tomatoes are suitable for drying, sun-drying, and whole-fruit preservation. The plant develops well and produces fruit even under adverse conditions, making it suitable for various climatic zones. The hybrid is resistant to major tomato diseases, including tomato mosaic virus (ToMV), fusarium and verticillium wilt, and is tolerant to phytophthora. The recommended planting density is 4 plants per square meter, with pruning to one or two stems. Yield reaches 15-17 kg per square meter, confirming the high productivity of the variety. Tomato Puska F1 is suitable for both professional agriculture and home gardening, thanks to its adaptability and resistance.
