Tomato Belfast

Tomato Belfast F1 is an ultra-early, large-fruited hybrid of indeterminate type, developed by the Dutch seed company Enza Zaden. The plant is characterized by strong growth and compact form with well-developed foliage and short internodes. Due to its resistance to low temperatures and insufficient light, as well as to several diseases such as tomato mosaic virus, tomato bronze, nematodes, verticillium wilt, and fusarium wilt, this hybrid is ideal for cultivation in open ground, plastic greenhouses, and temporary shelters in early spring. The fruits of tomato Belfast have a round shape and a vivid bright red color. Average fruit weight varies from 180 to 330 grams, making them large-fruited. They have high density, ensuring excellent transportability and long-term preservation of market appearance. High flavor qualities make these tomatoes versatile: they are used both fresh and for canning and pickling. The hybrid exhibits high productivity even under stress conditions, guaranteeing early and stable yield. The plant forms fruits with regular fruit set and rapid ripening, especially of the first trusses, allowing for early harvest. Due to its market qualities and disease resistance, tomato Belfast F1 is a reliable choice for gardeners and farmers seeking high quality and yield.
