Tomato Sarra F1 is an early indeterminate hybrid developed by the French company Clause. The plant features a strong bush that can reach up to 2 meters in greenhouse conditions and about 1 meter in open ground. The stems are sturdy with short internodes and form 3-4 fruits per truss. The hybrid demonstrates high plasticity in development and is well-balanced in fruit load, making it suitable for cultivation in both heated and unheated plastic greenhouses, as well as in open ground with stakes and trellising. The fruits of tomato Sarra have a round-oval shape with a distinctive nipple, ribbed, deep red color, and dense flesh. The average fruit weight is 320-350 grams, although specimens weighing up to 600 grams are not uncommon. The tomatoes have a super-sweet flavor with a pronounced tomato aroma, juicy flesh, and high marketability. The fruits do not crack, ensuring their long shelf life and appeal for fresh markets, as well as suitability for processing into tomato products. The variety exhibits high resistance to most common diseases, including tomato mosaic virus, verticillium and fusarium wilt, and gall nematode. It tolerates heat and spring frosts well, adapts to poor soils, and does not require intensive feeding, showing responsiveness to potassium-phosphorus mineral complexes. The ripening period is 60-65 days from transplanting seedlings, and yield reaches 22 kg per square meter. Due to its low maintenance requirements and stable productivity, tomato Sarra F1 is an excellent choice for cultivation under various climatic conditions throughout the season.
