Description
Tomato Orange Bif F1 is a determinate hybrid designed for cultivation both in open ground and under plastic coverings. The plant features good leafiness and compact height of about 1.7 meters. The hybrid begins fruiting approximately on day 95-110 after germination, forming the first flower clusters above the 6th-7th leaf, and subsequent clusters every 2-3 leaves. It is recommended to form the plant into 2-3 stems for optimal development and yield.
The fruits of Tomato Orange Bif are large, round, smooth, and uniformly shaped with a golden-orange hue. The weight of each fruit ranges from 220 to 300 grams. The tomatoes have a dense, meaty structure, a pleasant balanced salad-type flavor, and are not prone to cracking. The hybrid exhibits uniform fruit ripening, good storability, and transportability, as well as resistance to hot conditions.
The yield of this variety is high, reaching 14-22 kg per square meter at a planting density of 3-4 plants per m². Orange Bif F1 is resistant to diseases such as Fusarium and Verticillium wilt, as well as Tomato mosaic virus.
