Description
Tomato variety 'Morning Drops' is a medium-early indeterminate type with a maturity period of 105 to 120 days. The plant is of medium height — from 80 to 110 cm — and requires mandatory support with stakes and formation into a single stem. This variety is suitable for cultivation both in open fields and in plastic greenhouses, making it versatile for various climatic conditions.
The fruits are large, heart-shaped or flat-heart-shaped, with pink or dark pink coloring. They have a juicy texture and a sweet flavor with a moderate acidity, making them appealing for fresh consumption. Yield per plant ranges from 2.5 to 5 kg, indicating high productivity of the variety.
The 'Morning Drops' variety has good resistance to major diseases, including cladosporiosis and tobacco mosaic virus. Additionally, it is heat- and cold-tolerant, ensuring stable fruiting under various weather conditions. Fruit storability is also at a good level, allowing them to retain freshness after harvest.
