Registered in 2025 by the Cherkasy State Agricultural Research Station, the 'Morozenko' tomato is a determinate hybrid designed for high-quality, large-fruit production. Its compact growth habit and specific morphological traits make it a highly manageable variety for both professional and amateur growers.

Cultivation Guidelines

• Planting Density: A density of 3–4 plants per square meter is recommended. Given its determinate nature and moderate internode length, this spacing ensures optimal airflow and light penetration, reducing the risk of fungal diseases.
• Watering and Nutrition: The variety produces large, flattened fruits with 4–6 seed chambers. To support fruit development, consistent potassium-rich fertilization is essential during the fruit-filling stage. Maintain steady soil moisture to prevent cracking, especially given the moderate ribbing near the peduncle.
• Maintenance: The plant features semi-erect leaves of moderate size, which simplifies canopy management. Since the inflorescence is primarily non-branching, the plant focuses its energy on fruit size rather than excessive vegetative growth.

One of the key advantages of 'Morozenko' is the absence of a green shoulder before ripening, ensuring a uniform and attractive appearance. With its medium-thick pericarp and balanced growth, this hybrid is well-suited for the fresh market and home processing, offering reliable performance under Ukrainian climatic conditions.
