MIXEY

Tomato Mixey is a determinate hybrid designed for cultivation in open ground and under plastic coverings. The plant reaches a height of up to one meter and is characterized by large green leaves and low suckering ability, practically eliminating the need for pruning. The variety has an early maturity period — fruits are ready for harvest 100-105 days after planting, allowing for a quick harvest.

The fruits of tomato Mixey are flat-round, slightly ribbed, medium-density, weighing from 100 to 180 grams, with four or more locules. Immature fruits have a light green color, while ripe ones are bright red. The taste of the fruits is good, and they are of universal use, making them suitable for both fresh consumption and various culinary purposes. The fruit stem is equipped with a joint, facilitating harvest.

The hybrid exhibits high resistance to several diseases, including tobacco mosaic virus, fusarium wilt, gall nematode, and cladosporeiosis. Additionally, the variety has enhanced cold tolerance and resilience to insufficient light, broadening its cultivation possibilities under various climatic conditions. Yield reaches 8 kg per square meter, and the fruits withstand transportation and long-term storage well, making the variety attractive for large-scale production.
