Tomato Catrina is an early-maturing determinate hybrid that ripens in approximately 85 days from germination. The plant features a low branching bush, ranging from 60 to 120 cm in height depending on growing conditions: in open ground, bushes are usually shorter, while in plastic greenhouses they reach maximum height. Flowers are simple, bearing 5 to 7 fruits, which are flat-round in shape with slight ribbing at the stem attachment. Fruits are red, medium density, weighing 140 to 200 grams, distinguished by good taste and aroma, as well as high resistance to cracking, ensuring their storability and transportability. Catrina is versatile in use and suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses. In open ground, the plant does not require pruning or staking, whereas in greenhouses, it is recommended to prune the bushes into 2-3 stems for optimal development. The recommended planting scheme is 25x60 cm in open ground and 40x70 cm in greenhouses with drip irrigation, with rows left wider for better ventilation and care. Yield of the hybrid reaches up to 5 kg per plant or up to 8 kg per square meter under proper agronomy.
