Tomato KAHURI

KAHURI — medium-early indeterminate tomato variety that starts fruiting 105–110 days after germination. The plant forms complex, long clusters with original fruit shaped like reverse-heart sacks, which are bright red with strong ribbing at the stem attachment. Each tomato weighs 350–450 grams. The flesh has a pleasant texture and sweet taste, making it an excellent choice for both fresh consumption and processing into tomato products.

The variety is highly resistant to major tomato diseases and stress-tolerant, ensuring stable fruiting until frost. It is recommended to train the plant into 1–2 stems with mandatory tying of clusters for optimal growth and yield. Planting density is 3 plants per square meter.

The yield of the KAHURI variety reaches more than 23 kg per square meter in protected soil and 17–19 kg in open soil. The plant responds well to fertilization, which enhances productivity and fruit quality. Due to its characteristics and taste qualities, this variety is versatile and in demand for various uses.
