Tomato BEEF HEART

A Legendary Classic in Professional Execution

The "Bull's Heart" (Bychie Serdtse) tomato from Agrofirma Poisk is a variety that needs no introduction, yet it demands a precise approach to cultivation. Unlike modern hybrids focused on shelf life and uniformity, this variety remains the benchmark for premium fresh-market quality. Being an indeterminate type, it is perfectly suited for greenhouses: with proper support and pruning, the vine can reach heights of two meters, rewarding the gardener with a bountiful harvest.

Core Advantages

• Superior Taste and Size: Fruits weighing over 200 grams feature the iconic heart shape and a meaty, tender texture without internal voids.
• Technological Edge: Agrofirma Poisk has optimized this variety for better transportability compared to other large-fruited types, ensuring less damage during transit.
• Disease Resistance: High resistance to late blight (Phytophthora) allows for fewer chemical fungicide applications, even in unpredictable weather conditions.

With a maturity period of 100–120 days, this tomato is classified as a mid-season variety. It is the optimal choice for growers prioritizing flavor over aesthetic perfection. The variety's main challenge is its nutrient demand: without consistent feeding and fruit thinning, results may be lackluster. It is a professional-grade "tool" for experienced gardeners who understand how to maximize the potential of indeterminate plants.
