Tomato DE BARAO PINK

Tomato De Barao Pink is a medium-ripening, tall variety with an indeterminate growth habit, reaching up to 2-3 meters in height. The plant is robust, branched, with a well-developed root system and a strong stem, ensuring resilience and high yield. Each bush forms 6-10 clusters, each bearing 5-6 or more fruits, allowing up to 8 kg of fruit per plant per season. The first cluster forms above the 9th-11th leaf, and subsequent clusters appear every 3 leaves, promoting prolonged and extended fruiting until frost. The fruits of Tomato De Barao Pink have a plum-like shape with a possible pointed tip, weighing between 50 to 90 grams. Their skin is tough, smooth, and colored in a vibrant pink hue. The flesh is dense, meaty, with 2-3 seed chambers, possessing a harmonious flavor combining sweetness and mild acidity. Due to their low-seed structure, these tomatoes are ideal for various uses: fresh consumption, canning, pickling, whole-fruit preservation, and drying. The fruits store well under cool conditions for 1-2 months without losing flavor. The variety is easy to grow, resistant to cold and heat, and capable of fruiting even under insufficient light. The vegetation period lasts approximately 110-130 days, with fruits capable of ripening after being harvested. Tomato De Barao Pink is popular among both home growers and commercial producers due to its high yield, excellent taste, and versatility in use.
