Tomato PEPPER-SHAPED ORANGE

Pepper-shaped orange tomato is a medium-maturing indeterminate variety with stem height ranging from 1.5 to 1.9 meters. The plant is vigorous and requires pruning to two stems, pinching out suckers, and staking for proper growth and fruit formation. Bushes have moderate branching and leaf density, which promotes good fruit development. This variety is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and greenhouses, where yields are usually higher. For planting, seedlings are recommended on well-lit, fertile sites with regular application of organic and mineral fertilizers, as well as mulching the soil to retain moisture and protect roots. The fruits of Pepper-shaped orange tomato have a distinctive pepper-like shape and bright orange color. They are large and meaty, weighing from 130 to 170 grams, evenly shaped and visually appealing. The flesh is tender, juicy, and has an excellent flavor, along with a high content of carotene, making them nutritious and beneficial. The fruits are resistant to cracking, well-tolerate transportation, and can be stored for a long time without loss of quality, making this variety versatile for fresh consumption, juice preparation, and winter preservation. Fruit ripening occurs on average on day 85-90 after emergence, allowing harvest before frost. Each bush forms 5 to 8 flower clusters, each containing 5 to 7 fruits. The first flower cluster typically forms above the 5th-7th leaf. The crop has good immunity and moderate resistance to late blight, which simplifies care and reduces disease risk. Due to its characteristics and flavor qualities, Pepper-shaped orange tomato is an excellent choice for gardeners seeking a delicious and attractive harvest.
