Tomato Brut — a medium-early indeterminate variety, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in greenhouses made of glass or plastic. The plant is vigorous, reaching a height of more than 1.5 meters, and requires training into a single stem with mandatory support for both the plant and fruit clusters on trellises or stakes. To achieve maximum size and weight of the fruits, no more than two flower buds should be left on each cluster, and timely pinching and mineral fertilization, especially during fruit formation, are necessary. Tomato Brut fruits are distinguished by giant size — diameter up to 20 cm, weight up to 2 kg. They are flat-round, deeply ribbed, multi-chambered, fleshy, and deep red in color. The fruits on the first inflorescences may be seedless. Due to high sugar content and excellent taste, this variety is ideal for making salads and tomato juice. The variety has high yield potential: under proper agronomic practices, one plant can produce up to 10-15 kg of fruit. Tomato Brut is resistant to viral diseases and fruit cracking, making it attractive for industrial cultivation in greenhouse complexes and farms. The average number of fruits per inflorescence is 3-4, which contributes to the formation of large and high-quality tomatoes.
