Description Brutus
The tomato variety Brutus is a medium-early indeterminate type, suitable for cultivation both in greenhouses and open ground. The plant is vigorous, reaching over 1.5 meters in height, and requires training into a single stem with mandatory support for both the plant and fruit clusters on trellises or stakes. For successful cultivation, timely suckering and mineral fertilization are essential, especially during fruit formation.

The fruits of the Brutus variety are characterized by giant size — diameter up to 20 cm, weight up to 2 kg. They have a flat-round shape with strong ribbing, multi-chambered and fleshy, with a deep red color. Fruits on early flower clusters may be seedless. To achieve maximum size and weight, no more than two flower buds should be left on each cluster. Due to its high sugar content and excellent flavor, this variety is ideal for making salads and tomato juice.

With proper agronomic practices, one plant can yield up to 10–15 kg of fruit. Seeds of the Brutus variety are suitable for planting in various climatic zones, making it a universal choice for gardeners and farmers aiming to obtain large, flavorful, high-quality tomatoes.
