Tomato AMPIR is a medium-early determinate variety intended for cultivation in open ground and under plastic covers. Plants require staking and pruning to ensure optimal growth and fruiting. Bushes reach medium height and are compact, making it possible to grow this variety even in limited conditions, such as in pots.
The fruits of tomato AMPIR have a characteristic pear shape and deep red color. They are firm, weighing from 90 to 110 grams, making them suitable for whole-fruit canning and fresh use, such as for making salads. The variety is resistant to fruit cracking, which improves the quality and storability of the harvest.
The yield of this variety is approximately 5.8 kg per square meter, which is a good indicator for medium-early tomatoes. The variety was developed by LLC "CENTR SELECTION TECHNOLOGIES" and included in the State Register in 2008. Due to its characteristics, tomato AMPIR is suitable for both home garden cultivation and industrial use.
