Amber Tango is an early-maturing indeterminate hybrid salad tomato, intended for cultivation in plastic greenhouses and glasshouses. The plant is tall with long green leaves and complex inflorescences, entering fruiting stage on day 85-105 after germination. The first inflorescence forms above the 6th-7th leaf, subsequent ones appear every 1-2 leaves, with simple clusters containing 7-10 fruits. It is recommended to train the plant as a single stem with mandatory support and pinching of the growth point at the end of the vegetative period for optimal development.
The fruits have an inverted egg shape with a small tip, medium density, and slightly ribbed texture. Immature tomatoes are green, turning bright yellow upon ripening. Fruit weight varies from 100 to 140 grams. Tomatoes feature an excellent dessert flavor, juicy and sweet, with elevated levels of beta-carotene, sugar, and ascorbic acid. Due to their dense flesh, the fruits remain on the cluster for a long time and withstand transportation well.
Amber Tango is versatile in use: suitable for fresh consumption, canning, pickling, and salad preparation. The hybrid is resistant to Verticillium wilt and Fusarium wilt, ensuring stable yields. Marketable fruit yield in plastic greenhouses reaches 8.9-10.0 kg per square meter. Seeds are treated with lignohumate to stimulate growth and protect against diseases, maintaining viability for up to 10 years with proper storage.
