ADJUTANT

The tomato variety ADJUTANT is a medium-early indeterminate type with unique chocolate-pink fruit color. The ripening period is 111-115 days from emergence, allowing for the first harvest at optimal times. Plants reach a height of 1.6-1.8 meters and require support to properly shape the bush. Fruits have a elongated, plum-like shape, smooth and firm skin, weighing 90-100 grams, with juicy and rich tomato flavor, making them ideal for salads and canning.

To achieve high yields, which reach 7-10 kg per square meter under plastic coverings, it is recommended to train plants into one or two stems with mandatory removal of side shoots (pinching). Side shoots should be removed weekly once they reach 5-8 cm in length, and plant growth should be limited after forming 5-6 flower clusters, leaving two leaves above the top cluster. This agronomic practice improves plant ventilation and light exposure, positively affecting fruit quality and quantity.

Seed sowing for seedlings must include transplanting at the one- to two-true-leaf stage. Seedlings are transplanted at 60-65 days of age, spacing 3-4 plants per square meter. Regular watering, weeding, loosening, and feeding are required during growth to ensure full nutrition and development of plants. The variety is suitable for cultivation both in greenhouses and open ground, making it versatile and popular among gardeners.
