The tomato variety "Nejenka" is a mid-season, high-yielding variety popular for its hardiness and excellent fruit flavor. Plants of this variety have medium height, ranging from 1.1 to 2.0 meters depending on growing conditions, and can be either indeterminate or medium-growing. The first flower cluster forms above the 6th-7th leaf, and subsequent clusters form every 1-2 leaves, promoting steady and prolonged fruiting. "Nejenka" tomato fruits are large and attractive with a lemon-yellow color. Their weight varies from 220 to 600 grams, they have a flattened-round shape, with a dense, slightly glossy skin. The flesh has a tender texture and a harmonious flavor with a slight acidity, making these tomatoes versatile for fresh consumption, canning, and processing. Due to good transportability, the fruits retain their quality during transit. The "Nejenka" variety is suitable for cultivation both in open fields and greenhouses; in the middle zone, greenhouse cultivation is recommended, while in southern regions, open-field cultivation is preferred. Yield under plastic cover reaches 15 kg per square meter, and each plant can produce 4 to 5.5 kg of fruit. The variety is resistant to diseases, simplifying care and increasing yield stability. Cultivation is done via seedlings, ensuring high-quality and healthy plants.
