Tomato Bifsteks — a tall indeterminate medium-early maturing variety developed by specialists of LLC Agrofirm Poisk. Plants can reach a height of up to 2.5 meters in greenhouses and slightly less in open ground. For successful cultivation, staking of stems and large fruit clusters, as well as training the plant into 1-2 stems with mandatory pinching, is required. The variety is suitable for cultivation in plastic greenhouses and open ground, with fruit ripening 1-1.5 weeks earlier and yielding higher fruit output in greenhouse conditions.

The fruits of tomato Bifsteks are large, flat-round with slight ribbing near the calyx, weighing from 150 to 250 grams, and with proper care and fruit set regulation, may reach over 400 grams. They have a rich red color at the biological ripening stage, firm, dense flesh with high sugar and dry matter content, giving them a sweet flavor without acidity. Inside the fruits are 6-8 chambers with a small number of seeds. Due to these qualities, tomato Bifsteks are excellent for fresh consumption and culinary processing.

The variety is resistant to several diseases, including Alternaria leaf spot, Cladosporium, tobacco mosaic virus, and fruit cracking. Yield per plant is 7-8 kg, and up to 11 kg per square meter. Due to its characteristics and resistance, tomato Bifsteks is recommended for cultivation in various regions, including northern and central zones, making it a universal choice for gardeners.
