NORMANDY

Tomato Normandy is an early variety suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in protected soil. The plant is medium-height, reaching up to 1.5 meters, has a strong structure, and requires staking and pinching for proper formation. It is semi-determinate, with simple inflorescences and medium-sized dark green leaves. Fruit ripening occurs approximately on day 109 after germination, allowing for a quick harvest.

Tomato Normandy fruits have a flat-round shape with moderate ribbing, colored bright red when fully ripe, and green when immature. The average fruit weight ranges from 135 to 170 grams. Tomatoes are distinguished by exceptional flavor and aroma, being very juicy and tender, making them ideal for salad use. The number of locules in the fruits varies from 4 to 6, contributing to good structure and taste qualities.

The variety is characterized by high yield — up to 10 kg per square meter, and according to some data, up to 8-10 kg/m². It is resistant to diseases such as fusarium and cladosporiosis, ensuring a stable and high-quality harvest. Additionally, Tomato Normandy has good appearance and transportability, making it attractive for commercial cultivation and sale.
