FAERSTAR

Faerstar F1 is a hybrid sweet corn of Dutch breeding, developed by the company Syngenta. It is intended for growing in open ground during the main summer season and differs with a medium-late maturity period with a vegetative period of about 80 days. Seed sowing is possible both directly into warmed soil and through seedling cassettes. The plant reaches a height of up to 2.3 meters, and its elongated cylindrical ears have a rich yellow color, a length of about 26 cm and a diameter of 5 cm, with 16-17 rows of grains.

Faerstar F1 corn grains are large, tender and dense, 12-13 mm high, with a high sugar content, which gives them a rich taste and makes the hybrid especially attractive to consumers. Thanks to its taste qualities and marketability, this variety is widely used for sale in fresh form, freezing and culinary processing. Corn is suitable for growing in conditions of high temperatures and drought, which expands the possibilities of its cultivation.

The hybrid has high resistance to a range of diseases, including various rust races and dwarf mosaic virus, which ensures crop stability and reduces the risk of losses. Seeds are supplied in packs of 100 thousand pieces, which is convenient for large-scale growing. Faerstar F1 combines high yield, excellent taste qualities and resistance to adverse conditions, which makes it a profitable choice for farmers and agrarians.
