Vegetable Pea Tsukrovi notky

Premium quality for the fresh market and processing

"Tsukrovi notky" (Sugar Notes) is a 2025 hybrid variety designed for growers who prioritize both yield stability and exceptional taste. As a simple hybrid, it offers uniformity and predictable development, making it a standout choice for modern vegetable farming.

Culinary appeal and marketability

The name of the variety highlights its primary advantage: an intense, natural sweetness that makes it a top-tier product for fresh consumption. Beyond its flavor, the variety is prized for its excellent market appearance. The pods are uniform, and the plant's compact architecture ensures that the harvest remains clean and easy to handle.

Practical benefits for production

• Transportability: The short stem and moderate internode length provide structural integrity, reducing lodging and ensuring that the pods reach the market in pristine condition.
• Processing: This hybrid is highly suitable for freezing and canning. It retains its texture and sugar content after processing, meeting the strict requirements of food manufacturers.
• Storage: Thanks to its balanced physiological characteristics, the harvested crop demonstrates good shelf life, allowing producers to manage supply chains more effectively without compromising quality.

Registered in 2025 by breeder Zhanna Mykolaivna Vovk, this variety is characterized by its lack of anthocyanin coloration and clean white flowers. "Tsukrovi notky" is an efficient, high-yielding solution for farmers looking to supply the market with premium-quality, sweet green peas that stand out on the shelf.
