Fragman

Fragman is a mid-season super-sweet sh2-type sweet corn hybrid developed by May Seeds from Turkey. Maturation period is 76-80 days, allowing harvest at optimal time. The plant is strong, reaching 180 to 230 cm in height, with the first ear located at 55-85 cm. Ears have cylindrical shape, 20-23 cm long and 5.4-5.5 cm in diameter, with 16-18 rows of kernels. Kernels are large, yellow, 11-13 mm long, with even shape and excellent taste. Fragman has high resistance to lodging, ensuring crop preservation until harvest. The hybrid is also resistant to maize mosaic virus and rust, enhancing its reliability under various climatic conditions. The plant adapts well to stress factors, showing high yield and long storage duration after harvest. These characteristics make Fragman attractive for cultivation both in open ground and in seedling trays.
