Sunflower VICTORIA 34® is an early-maturing trihybrid, intended for cultivation on agronomic plots to achieve high yields. The plant exhibits medium to high growth, no branching, and medium to strong pubescence in the upper stem part. Leaves are heart-shaped, green with slight blistering and serrated edges. Flowering occurs early; ray flowers are yellow and oval, while tube flowers are also yellow with very weak anthocyanic pigmentation of the stigma. The head is medium-sized, half-turned downward, with a convex seed side. Sunflower seeds of VICTORIA 34® have medium size, broadly oval shape, and medium thickness. Main seed color is black without mottling, with gray marginal and lateral stripes. The hybrid is characterized by high oil content, with medium oil content in seeds around 50.8%. Yield in the cultivation region averages 17 c/ha, with maximum yields up to 27.9 c/ha, confirming its effectiveness in agronomic practice. In the Lower Volga region, average rust infection is observed, although the hybrid is susceptible to white mold. VICTORIA 34® is suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions, including dry areas, where it demonstrates resilience and stable yield. Due to its characteristics, this hybrid is a valuable choice for producers aiming to obtain high-quality, high-oil sunflower. Using VICTORIA 34® contributes to efficient farming and increased profitability in sunflower cultivation.
