TTAE 1319 is an early-maturing sunflower hybrid developed by the Ukrainian company AlfaSmartAgro under license from the French company PANAM Semences. It is intended for cultivation using the Clearfield system with the herbicide Evrolighting, which provides effective weed control and increases yield. The vegetative period lasts approximately 115 days, allowing for an early harvest. Plants reach a height of up to 175 cm, and the flower head diameter can reach 24 cm, contributing to the formation of large seeds with high oil content — up to 54%.
The hybrid exhibits high resistance to adverse conditions such as drought and cold, as well as resistance to major sunflower diseases, including rust, sclerotinia, and phomopsis. Additionally, TTAE 1319 is resistant to the parasite 'volchok,' significantly reducing yield losses and enhancing production stability. These qualities make it a reliable choice for various climatic zones.
Recommendations for cultivating the hybrid depend on the region: for forest-steppe areas, the optimal planting density is 65–70 thousand plants per hectare, for steppe areas — 55–60 thousand, and for northern regions — 75–80 thousand plants per hectare. Under proper agronomic practices and favorable conditions, yields can reach 55–58 centners per hectare, making TTAE 1319 a profitable and productive option for agricultural enterprises.
