Sunflower F143VO

Sunflower F143VO is a high-oleic hybrid of intensive type, designed for obtaining high-quality oil with high oleic acid content — up to 93%. This hybrid is characterized by early maturity with a vegetation period of 105–110 days, plant height of 170–185 cm, and flower head diameter of 21–24 cm, which has a semi-upright position. Seed oil content reaches 50–53%, ensuring high potential yield up to 50 c/ha.

The hybrid exhibits high resistance to major sunflower diseases, including Phomopsis, root and head rot, sooty mold, Phomoz, as well as diseases such as powdery mildew, ascochytosis, and downy mildew. Additionally, F143VO is genetically resistant to the parasitic weed downy mildew, significantly reducing the risk of yield loss. Plants are heat-tolerant, highly resistant to lodging, and adaptable to stressful conditions, making the hybrid flexible and stable under various cultivation conditions.

Sunflower seeds F143VO are suitable for cultivation on various soil types and are recommended for agronomic use. The hybrid is adaptable to growing conditions, tolerates dense planting well, and exhibits complete seed filling. High resistance to seed shattering contributes to yield preservation during harvest. All these characteristics make F143VO a reliable choice for farmers aiming to obtain high-quality and stable sunflower yields.
