Tripoli sunflower is a mid-season hybrid developed for the Clearfield technology, ensuring high yield and resistance to major diseases. The vegetation period is approximately 108 days, and the hybrid demonstrates high adaptability to various soil-climatic conditions, including steppe, forest-steppe, and meadow regions. Plant height reaches 180 cm, with a flower head diameter of about 22 cm, and the head is slightly inclined downward, facilitating effective ripening and harvest.

The Tripoli hybrid features high oil content in seeds — from 48% to 51% — making it attractive for oil production. It exhibits high drought tolerance, resistance to lodging and major diseases such as froge, white mold, head and stem sclerotinia, and tolerance to various races of downy mildew (A-F). These characteristics ensure a stable and high yield, reaching up to 55 centners per hectare under optimal growing conditions.

The recommended sowing rate varies depending on soil moisture levels: 50-55 thousand plants per hectare under insufficient moisture, and 55-65 thousand plants per hectare under adequate moisture. The hybrid demonstrates high initial growth energy and resistance to lodging, simplifying agronomic operations and enhancing production efficiency.
