MAS 85 SU is a high-performance medium-early linoleic type sunflower hybrid designed for cultivation in various soil and climatic conditions, including the Polesie, Forest-steppe, and northern Steppe. The hybrid's vegetative period ranges from 105 to 116 days, allowing for a stable harvest at optimal times. The plants are tall with strong stems, and the head shape is large, convex, or inclined, which promotes good seed formation. The 1000-seed weight varies from 52 to 58 grams, and oil content reaches 48-53%, making this hybrid attractive for producing oilseed products.
