AAS665

The hybrid sunflower AAS665 is intended for intensive cultivation in the Central and Northern Steppes, Forest-Steppe, and Polissia regions of Ukraine. This high-yielding hybrid is characterized by high initial growth energy and medium plant height ranging from 150 to 170 cm. It exhibits high resistance to new races of downy mildew and a unique combination of disease tolerance, including phomopsis and sclerotinia, ensuring stable yields even under adverse conditions.

Hybrid AAS665 is characterized by high overall disease tolerance (8 points), drought resistance (7 points), as well as high yield stability and yield potential, rated at 9 points. The seeds are treated with a fungicide and additionally with the insecticide Cruiser, enhancing plant protection against pests and diseases. Oil content in the seeds reaches a very high level — up to 53% — making this hybrid particularly valuable for oil production.

Recommended cultivation zones include the Central and Northern Steppes, Forest-Steppe, and Polissia regions of Ukraine.
