CORRIOL

The Coriol beet is a medium-maturing hybrid developed by the French company CLAUSE SEMENCES. The vegetative period lasts 90-100 days from germination, allowing for a stable harvest at optimal times. The roots have an oval or round shape, dark red color with a smooth surface, and weigh from 104 to 500 grams. The flesh has an intense dark red shade without radial rings, with a sweet and delicate taste, making this variety versatile for culinary use and processing.

The Coriol variety is characterized by high disease resistance and relative drought tolerance, which ensures harvest stability even under unfavorable conditions. Yields range from 1.1 to 3.8 kg per square meter, which is a good indicator for table beets. In addition, the variety has high storability, allowing roots to be kept throughout the winter period without quality loss.
